We hope this note finds you and your family healthy. In accordance with the CDC, World Health Organization and State Government’s current recommendations, we are modifying our Operational practices at Kate-lo Tile and Stone Branches.
In our Branches (Minnesota only)
Beginning Wednesday, March 25th, we will offer contactless dockside service at all locations where state or local laws allow. Our Warehouses and Will Call Service Centers will be closed to walk in traffic. If you wish to visit a one of our showrooms, please call ahead to set up a private in-person or virtual appointment. Any items you order through Kate-lo Tile and Stone will be loaded into your vehicle by pallet. Hand loads will be brought to the dock and customers can self-load orders. Order processing and sampling will continue remotely by email, fax or phone. Customer Service Advisors will be available 7:30am-3:30pm Monday-Friday. Our Showrooms
Effective 5/11/20, all of our Minnesota showroom locations will be open to the public by appointment ONLY. Please contact one of our Twin Cities showrooms to set up a virtual or in person appointment. Our current showroom hours for our Minnesota branches are M-F, 10:00am – 5:00pm.
Satellite Warehouse locations (Burnsville & Roseville)
Satellite Warehouses will be closed to walk in traffic, but will remain open for transfer orders & setting material orders. Please call upon arrival for instructions on order processing.
Outside Sales
We have suspended all outside sales travel. Our Sales Team are available remotely and will be contacting clients for Future Product launches via video conferencing and to provide information on all aspects of our product lines. We still offer our internal On Call Salesperson available for assisting clients with quotations, sample requests and product information. [email protected]

Our Outlet Center (Minnesota Only)
Starting 6/18/20, our Outlet Center will be open for scheduled appointments & walk-ins. Maximum capacity 3 people and no children allowed. Please call 763-417-3807 to talk with a sales associate.
